Each country has its own customer service website, so to find yours, search for Shein Customer Service, and you will be able to find the link to your country’s Shein customer service site.

Once you are there, you will have to log in to your account. Then, once logged in, you can notify Shein that your package is stuck in shippedand you need it to be reshipped. Another way to contact Shein is through social media.

Their Instagram handle is @SheinOfficial. You can send them a direct message on the app, and they will message you back to help you with your issues. Which way you decide to reach Shein will not impact if you get your order reshipped.

Once you can contact Shein, let them know your problems so they can reship your order to you. Since this issue was not your fault, you should be able to get your order reshipped to you for free.

Fix 3 – Use DHL Express Shipping

You can also use DHL express shipping if your order is stuck in shipped. DHL express shipping is a company run out of Germany that specializes in international shipping. Unless you live in China, your Shein order is most likely international, so this company is excellent to use.

Their shipping time is also a little quicker than Shein’s, as DHL express shipping takes 3-10 business days on average, and Shein shipping times take 7-14 on average. Shein also offers their own express shipping, but this is only to certain countries and will cost you more.

DHL express shipping is a cheaper and faster route you can choose to get your Shein package delivered to you sooner.

China Post cannot legally send out your order until your Shein declares the customs fee and pays the tax due to international laws. So, your order will say it is stuck in shipping because it genuinely is.

Even if your order comes from a warehouse based in your country, this tax will need to be declared and paid.

Otherwise, your Shein order will be stuck in shipping because of the tax. The easiest way to get your Shein to declare and pay this custom is to contact them and request them to do so directly.

3. It’s Not Stuck, Tracking Just Hasn’t Updated 

Fix – Clear Cache

You may need to clear the cache on your browser to check your Shein shipping status. Your Shein order may have transit, but the tracking has not been updated yet. By clearing the cache, you can hopefully get rid of the glitch and see the actual status of your order.

All this does is cleanse your browser of any information or data taking up space on the browser, but you do not need to. Clearing your cache and cookies can quickly be done with just a few steps.

1. The first thing you will want to do is to open up your browser on your device.

2. Next, go to the menu bar at the top of your screen and click on the Tools option.

3. Now, tap on Options or tap on Preferences. Only one of these buttons will appear on your screen. It just depends on what type of device you are using.

4. Once you are on this page, you will see a menu to the left. Select the option that says Privacy and Security.

5. This will then bring you to a screen with multiple buttons. Navigate to the one that says Cookies and Site Data and then tap on the Clear Data option that appears.

Once you have completed these steps, you will have officially cleared the cache and cookies on your browser, hopefully allowing you to update your shipping status properly.

Reaching out to your courier should also be done if your Shein package is saying it is stuck in shipped because the said courier needs to pay or declare the tax. To contact your courier, you must contact your national postal service.

This is the delivery method and provider that Shein uses to deliver any orders as they are based in China and send out millions of international orders.

Therefore, you will need to contact your national postal service as that is who will deliver your Shein package and ask them when they will pay or declare the tax.

This especially becomes a problem if you are ordering Shein outside of China. Since most orders are packaged and shipped from China, if you live in another country, you are receiving International shipping.

  1. I tried to track my order but it says it’s no where to be found plus on Shein it says package is in accelerated transit and that was in 26 of July and since then I was waiting until now nothing

  2. I want my orders please because I paid tax but yet no delivery and it is stuck in transit when will I receive it
