WhatsApp is a messaging app that is an alternative to your typical texting service, and it’s one of the most popular chat and call apps. It has a platform that’s easy to use and Internet based, which gives users access to free international calls, free chatting and calling on all platforms, and great security to preserve the privacy of its users.

Users have their own profile, and if they are interested in who has viewed their profile, there’s a way for users to view it. There is no app for you to download to get a definitive answer; however, since WhatsApp introduced statuses a while ago, you can get a vague idea of who may have been on your profile earlier.

WhatsApp Status

A status is a WhatsApp feature that allows you to set images, videos, or GIFs in your Status and it will remain as your Status for 24 hours. It’s similar to the feature of Stories on Instagram or Stories on Snapchat.

When people view this, you will have a rough estimate of who might have viewed your profile. This is the only definitive way to know if someone may have viewed your profile. All of the third- party apps that are advertised for this are wrong. These apps show you a random person in your contacts and it has been proven time and time again that they don’t work.

Although it’s unclear if WhatsApp will ever release a feature that will directly tell you who viewed your article, users can post a Status to see who viewed it and base their count of who viewed their profile on that. If you’re interested in who has been on your profile often, you can post a Status and see who may be the first to view it.
