Pipl identifies themselves as “The Identity Trust Company”. Unlike the previously mentioned options, visiting the website does not automatically provide you with the ability to search. You will see a tool bar across the top of their page that gives you a variety of options.
If you are wanting to conduct a search, hover over the “Products” tab at the top of the page and select “Pipl Search”.
Though this will take you to the page that better explains exactly what Pipl Search can do, you cannot actually conduct a search until you create an account and purchase a subscription.
11. Using Peoplefinder.com
People Finder allows you to search Public Records, such as police records, background checks, social media, and contact information. You have the option to conduct your search using a name, a phone number, or an address.
If you are searching by name, type in the person’s first and last name in the search bar. You will also need to select the city and state. After you’ve entered in the information, select the green “Search” button.
A disclaimer will appear stating that they provide real public record data, and you will have to agree to their terms by clicking the “I Agree” box before your search will be done. A progress report bar will appear at the top of your screen to let you know how far along the search is.
You will be prompted to allow push notifications, put you can click the “Close” button to continue with having to sign up for them. When you find the person you are looking for, click the green “Open Report” button.
You will be taken to another screen that takes a little while to load as the report is created for you. You’ll be asked to select any known family members. If you do not know this information, you can just click “Continue”.
