Unmute a conversation in Gmail

Now, if you want to unmute a conversation in Gmail, you will have to follow the same steps as above, but use the All Mail option from the left hand panel. It will be located at the bottom of the panel. The muted conversation will be moved from your primary inbox to the All Mail inbox.

3. You can also remove the Mute tag in the menu bar.

There you are. You have now unmuted the email conversation and it should appear back in your Primary inbox. If you have multiple muted conversations, you can select all of them and unmute all together. A muted email is directly sent to the All Mail inbox and you will not be notified of new replies.
